The Vienna International School is looking to recruit the following position starting August 2026:
Assistant to the Design Department, Focus: Food Design - (m/f/d)
- part-time employment, 16 hrs./week
- 55 days annual leave
- An incentive salary, depending on previous work experience: due to the part-time employment and the increased holiday entitlement between € 1.070,40 and € 1.277,76
- Applications in English
- Excellent knowledge in English and working knowledge in German
- Local candidates preferred

Subject to operational requirements, a complementary part-time Reprographics Assistant role may become available later this autumn. Applicants interested in expanding this into a dual role are invited to indicate this in their application.

Our Substitutes and Occasional Workers are called in as needed and are paid on a per hour or per lesson basis. There is no obligation to accept the work offered and no obligation by VIS to offer work.
