Vienna International School is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team as of 1 June 2026 or earlier as of 1 April 2026.

The successful candidate will lead finance, procurement, and facilities, ensuring strong financial stewardship, effective campus development, and full regulatory compliance. Working closely with the Director and Board of Governors, the Business Manager plays a central role in shaping the school’s operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

  • Full-time employment, 38,5 hrs./week

Middle School Volleyball Coach – Competitive Programme

Vienna International School is seeking a talented and committed individual to support our Middle School Competitive Volleyball Programme.

Spring Season: March 16 – May 30, 2026
Location: Vienna, Austria

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and lead volleyball training sessions
  • Coach students during practices and competitive matches
  • Support student skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Work with students in an international school environment

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Experience coaching volleyball (middle school and/or competitive level preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • A valid working permit
