During the week of 8 December, VIS proudly presented its production of Seussical, a joyful celebration of creativity, collaboration, and confidence through the performing arts.
Students brought the vibrant world of Seussical to life with energy and professionalism, both on stage and behind the scenes. Performers and technical crew worked together to create a polished and engaging theatrical experience that captivated audiences and highlighted the strength of teamwork across the Secondary School.
At its heart, Seussical the Musical delivers a powerful message: no matter who you are or where you come from, you are important. Through the imaginative journey of a young boy, the production explored themes of belonging, empathy, and community, reminding us that we are more alike than we realise.
The production involved 85 students from every Secondary School grade level, whose commitment and resilience were remarkable—especially while balancing rehearsals with academic demands. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and enthusiasm.
With tickets selling out quickly, the strong response reflected the community’s appreciation for the performing arts. A heartfelt thank you goes to all students, staff, and colleagues whose time, kindness, and belief made this ambitious production possible.
Congratulations to the entire cast and crew on a truly memorable show.
