Inaugural IB Diploma Core Exhibition Showcases Student Excellence

On 12 September, Vienna International School (VIS) hosted the Grade 12 IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) Core Exhibition.

This event, the first of its kind at VIS, served as a platform for our Grade 12 students to proudly present the fruits of their academic endeavours, encompassing their CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) projects, TOK (Theory of Knowledge) Exhibitions, and Extended Essays. This was a great opportunity for our young scholars to exhibit their growth, knowledge, and dedication to their projects, for the benefit of their peers, parents and everyone in attendance.

The Diploma students were proud to share their CAS projects, demonstrating their creative and service-oriented initiatives that have had a positive impact on our school community and beyond. The TOK Exhibitions showcased their critical thinking abilities and the exploration of diverse perspectives, sparking engaging discussions among the audience. Furthermore, the Extended Essays displayed their deep research and analytical skills, highlighting their academic excellence.

The event was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment exhibited by our Grade 12 students throughout their IB DP journey. Visitors were not only impressed by the quality of the presentations but also inspired by the passion and intellectual curiosity demonstrated by our students.

As we reflect on the remarkable success of this inaugural IBDP Core Exhibition, we eagerly anticipate next year's event. We look forward to welcoming our community once again to witness the continued growth and achievements of our Grade 12 students as they embark on their academic and personal journeys. Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you at next year's Core Exhibition.
